Elmwood's Rental Details And Policies
The Texas Star Ballroom opens into beautiful gardens and overlooks grape vines and historical dogtrot houses built in the early 1800's. The Ballroom comfortably seats 300 theater style and 150 at tables and is ideal for parties and business meetings. Just a beautiful drive through the East Texas Forest Trails, 11 miles north of historical Palestine, Texas and 35 minutes from the Texas State Historical Railroad.

Occupancy Guidelines
Our maximum indoor even capacity is between 150-300, depending on the event. If sunshine turns to liquid we can rent tents.

Parking
2 acres of free parking is available, handicap parking is available south of the Ballroom.

During the months of December we adorn the gardens, historical houses and facilities with holiday finery for festive parties.

The gardens are perfect for all retreats. We offer special retreat packages including meeting rooms, all meals, and links to available resources in the area. Our B&B's can accommodate up to twenty guests.
